C Litter arrived a few days early as we expected them on the 14th. I noticed Cati's temperature drop to 97.8 on Tues Morning and it was on to Stage 1 labor a few hours later. The pups arrived between 1:45 Am and 4:15 AM.

She is the farthest thing from the classic "brood bitch" as her A litter (4 pups) and B litter (6 pups) prove. What she does produce however are very high quality pups. There is not one pup of her first 10 that I would not have in my house as a personal hunting companion.
The C litter gives us the opportunity by it's small size to retain the whole litter and closely monitor the success of the breeding. We intend to document their development and training for the first year with video and blogs, Your
